Who sees which ledger

Late after is how many days a job that is not Delivered may take, from its opening day (for a repair, from the day the factory agreed it), before it reads Late. Repeat design is CAD done: yes means a job of a design that already has its CAD estimate and CAD picture reads CAD done on its opening day; no means each job waits for its own CAD picture.
Reader and Dashboard how many tries, how often it updates
Reader tries is how many times the reader tries a photo or message before it reads Could not read and waits for Read again. Dashboard refresh is how many seconds pass before the Dashboard reads again by itself.

The purity rates, the stage loss levels and the other rates that the gold figures use.
Purity rates the factory's own
A rate is a dated fact, not a switch. Changing one adds a new rate from a chosen day; every figure worked out before that day stays exactly as it was.
Stage loss levels a mark to look at
A visit is marked when the full gold not back is more than this percent of the gold handed into that stage, and again after the melt, with the gold that really came back. A stage with no level shows No level set. It is a mark to look at; it stops nothing and is not on the Statement. Refining charge warning is the percent of a lump's pure gold that a refining charge may reach.

What it holds
Copies and space on your computer
Download everything saves to your computer every entry KAS keeps, the Workbook of all time and every photo. The photos come in files of about 200 MB each, so a phone never has to hold them all at once; the first file also holds the entries and the Workbook, and the last one holds the list of what is missing. A photo that could not be fetched is named in the file's list of what is missing. The photo space is how full the store for photos is. KAS never deletes a photo.
